My Background 

Hi! I'm Kayla Culbertson, board certified occupational therapist and owner of Thrive and Shine Therapy LLC. After earning my doctorate degree in occupational therapy from the University of Toledo, I spent time working in outpatient pediatric clinics, schools, and early intervention. Throughout my career I have become extremely passionate about the implementation of early intervention and using a collaborative approach to work with infants, toddlers, and their families. My primary focuses are feeding, tethered oral ties, general development, and the incorporation of craniosacral fascial therapy. My goal as a provider is to build relationships with families while helping them achieve their developmental goals.
